How to Make Salad – Cruciferous Salad

Hi welcome to Pachi the Colombian Cook!

Let me show you how to prepare a delicious cruciferous salad. This is something that is quick and easy to do. You can put it in a small jar or container and bring it with you anywhere you go to make sure that you are eating healthy whenever you are hungry.

What You’ll Need:

1 cup sliced cabbage

1 cup sliced red cabbage

¼ cup grated carrot

2 tablespoons cilantro

Juice of 2 limes or lemons

½ teaspoon dark sesame oil

Procedure:

Once you have all the ingredients ready, let’s start by grabbing a small jar or any container.

Grab the cabbage, red cabbage, and the grated carrot. Put them together in a jar.

Carrot is not a cruciferous vegetable but it will give our salad a hint of sweetness.

Now to season your salad, add the lime or lemon juice and the sesame oil.
For the final touch, add the cilantro on top!
