- 2 cups white rice whole grain
- 2 cups coconut milk* or 1/4 cup of water *Pachi's coconut milk
- 1 3/4 cups Canned coconut milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
First, we are going to prepare the rice. Place the rice in the pot and then add 2 teaspoons of salt, and 2 tablespoon full of brown sugar and then you can now add in the coconut milk.
For this, we will be using a pressure cooker It will be ready in 10 minutes also the pressure cooker well help the rice to absorb the flavor of the coconut. This will be perfect! You’ll notice that not much of evaporation will take place, all of the flavors will be absorbed.
After 10 minutes your coconut rice is now ready! As simple as that!
