What you’ll need
One 12 – 16 oz jar or can of garbanzo’s rinsed
1 garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon dark sesame oil
A pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
1 lime (lime juice)
1 tablespoon olive oil
We are going to use garbanzos from the jar today but you can use the ones that you cook at home or you can use the ones that are bought already cooked with no liquid on it
Start by draining the garbanzo and let it pass through running water to lessen the saltiness and put it in a container or a small bowl. Next we add the minced garlic this can be optional if you don’t like raw garlic. Add the dark sesame oil, pepper, oregano leaves and lime juice. Mix it and let it sit for 5 minutes for it to absorb all the flavors.
Lastly, add the olive oil and then mix the salad.
Then that’s it!
