All you need is fresh rosemary, sun-dried tomatoes, old bay seasoning, salt and pepper, and 10 minutes. Add a little coconut oil to the preheated grill in medium high to cook. For a balanced dinner and weight loss combined with a cruciferous salad.⁣

2 pounds of JUMBO SHRIMP⁣
1 bundle of FRESH ROSEMARY⁣
¼ cup of SUN-DRIED TOMATOES⁣
1 tablespoon of OLD BAY SEASONING⁣
1 teaspoon of SALT⁣
1 teaspoon of PEPPER⁣
⁣
INSTRUCTIONS⁣
Remove the shell from the shrimp and clean them by hand. Then cut off the head and tail and remove the vein. Then wash them with water and dry them.⁣
⁣
Introduce a shrimp and a sundried tomato into a fresh rosemary wand for a party or meeting. For one entree, select 2 shrimp with 1 sundried tomato, and for dinner, three shrimp and two sundried tomatoes.⁣
⁣
Add old bay seasoning, salt and pepper on both sides of the kebabs and skewers.⁣
⁣
Preheat the grill on high. Add coconut (or olive) oil and cook the skewers one minute per side, or until the laterals are white and puffy.⁣
