Eggs with Style

Over-Medium Eggs. Here is yet another egg style in the fried egg family. I added a little color and flavor to an ordinary eggs recipe with some pepper and won ton.

Ingredients

Eggs with Style

  • 1 Egg Per person
  • 1 Won ton Wrapper per person, thawed
  • Olive oil Or spray
  • 1 pinch Salt Per person
  • 1 pinch Pepper Per person
  • 2 Muffin tins (2 inch)

Huevos con Estilo

  • 1 Huevo Por persona
  • 1 hoja de Won ton Per person
  • Aceite de oliva En spray o líquido
  • 1 pizca de Sal Por persona
  • 1 pizca de Pimienta Por persona
  • 2 Moldes De Muffins De 2 pulgadas de diámetro cada muffin

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Spray or brush the wrappers with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Spray the pans and place the wrappers into the muffin cups. Leave a space between each one.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until desired doneness.
  • Remove them carefully to prevent cracking!

  • Precaliente el horno a 350°F.
  • Descongele las hojas de papel de WON TON blanco. Rocíelas con aceite de oliva sal y pimienta.
  • Engrase el molde y coloque cada hoja en el centro de un orificio para muffin. Deje un espacio alrededor de cada una para que no se tropiecen.
  • Vierta un huevo en cada WON TON y agregue un poco mas de sal a este.
  • Lleve al horno durante 10 a 12 minutos. Retire del molde con cuidado para no partir la canasta y sirva.
