Dr. Clyde Wilson, MD teaches the theory of nutrition, exercise, and metabolism at Stanford and research fundamental aspects of metabolism at UC San Francisco.
He does public outreach on these topics through the nonprofit Sports Medicine Institute in Palo Alto. His goal is to change how individuals think about health from the ground up.
