Basil And Cheddar Muffins
- 1 cup Cheddar Shredded
- 1 cup Flour
- 4 tbsp Basil Julienne
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk 2%
Panecllos De Cheddar Y Albahaca
- 1 taza Queso cheddar rallado
- 1 taza Harina
- 4 cucharadas Albahaca o cilantro picado
- 2 cucharaditas Polvo de hornear
- 1/2 cucharadita Sal
- 1/4 cucharadita Pimienta
- 4 cucharadas Mantequilla
- 1/4 taza Leche

Preheat the oven to 400ºF
Place flour, basil, baking powder, salt and pepper in the bowl of a processor. Mix for 5 seconds.
Add butter and process for 10 seconds more.
Pour the eggs and milk and process for 5 seconds or until the ingredients are just blended.
Place tablespoonfuls of mixture in oiled or buttered mini muffin pans.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
Allow to rest for 3 minutes and unmold.
