Basil & Curry Chicken Tenders
Basil Chicken tenders and kabobs with a touch of curry, travel in time with this delicious and beautiful recipe. Very easy to make, best impressive. Freeze them, cook them 3 ways (see recipe below) and enjoy healthy, easy, and fit meals that are delicious too.

- 1 pound Chicken tenders
- 3 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 1 tsp Pesto Frozen
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 pinch Pepper
Add all ingredients to the tenders; allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Refrigerate if not using immediately, freeze for later use.
Cook: Baking: Place tenders in an oiled or lined pan. Place them separate from each other, that is they should not touch so they bake best with a golden color. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 10-12 minutes.
Panini Grill or Sandwich Maker: Place on medium-high temperature and cook covered with the heat of bot hot-plates for 2 minutes per side. Serve
On the stove: Place an oiled pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken tenders, separate one from the other. Cook for 2 minutes. Turn and cover. Cook for 3 minutes more and serve.
