- 1 cup black eyed peas drained
- 1 cups red pepper roasted
- 1 tsp peppercorns in olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
2nd Salad
- 1 cup black eyed peas
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 tbsp cilantro
Start by draining the peas and run it with clean water.
Grab small container or a bowl and place the peas. Next add the roasted red pepper, ground peppercorns and the rosemary. Mix it and that it!
