Blue Corn Tortillas & Flatbreads
How to Make Blue Corn Tortillas or flatbread are amazing ways to get all our fiber from delicious organic Blue Corn. Try them, they make amazing vegan and plant based meals with all natural ingredients, no additives and you can keep them frozen for months.
- 12 ounces Corn Organic Blue
- 2 cups Water
Wash the corn and cover with water for 24 hours
Remove water and wash again before putting in a pressure cooker with one inch more of water
Cook for one hour at high
Grind it in a food processor
Place in 2 bowls and use an ice cream spoon to scoup out the corn and place it on a cookie sheet.
Cook on electric frappe machine on high
Take it out after 30 or 40 seconds
