Cannellini Beans

With only 6 ingredients they are full of flavor and easy to make in 20 min: garlic, red onion, fresh oregano, pepper, olive oil and natural (coconut or soy) yogurt. Add a salad for a complete dinner.

- 1 pound Cannellini beans
- 6 cups Water
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 3 sprigs Oregano
- 1 whole White onion
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Olive oil (p/serving)
- 1/2 cup Brown rice (p/serving)
- 1 tbsp Natural sugar free yogurt (p/serving)
Soak the cannellini beans overnight (or for 6 hours) in water.
Add the cannellini beans to the pressure cooker with the existing water. Then add enough fresh water to cover 1 or 2 centimeters.
Add the garlic, fresh oregano, and the red onion cut into four (4).
Cook in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes in medium.
When serving with the previously cooked brown rice, add a pinch of pepper and olive oil.
To enjoy a delicious and balanced dinner add a salad.
