Chicken And Almonds Spicy Bites
- 2 cup Chicken breast Cooked
- 1 cup Almonds Toasted
- 6 oz Cream cheese Log
- 1/2 cup Pepper jelly Spicy
- 3/4 tsp Madras Or Mild curry
- 3/4 tsp Garam Marsala
- 3/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

- 2 tazas Pollo cocido y desmechado
- 6 onzas Queso crema
- 1/2 taza Mermelada pimentones

- 3/4 cucharadita Garam Marsala
- 3/4 cucharadita Turmeric
- 1/2 cucharadita Sal
- 1/4 cucharadita Pimienta
- 1 taza Almendras, tostadas

Cook the chicken breast and set aside the meat in small dice.
Process almonds first before messing up the processor. Set aside.
Process half of the chicken, cream cheese, pepper jelly, spices, and salt and pepper until almost paste like. Mix the rest of the chicken by hand.
Form ½ tablespoon full balls and roll over almonds.
Refrigerate until ready to use; remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving and pass if desired in decorated paper cups.
