- 1 pound Chicken breasts (meat only) or tenders
- 3 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Dry herbs
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- 4 sprigs Cilantro
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Cut the chicken breasts in half. Add all ingredients to the chicken; allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Refrigerate if not using immediately, freeze for later use.
Cook: Baking: Place the breasts or tenders in an oiled or lined pan. Place them separate from each other, that is they should not touch so they bake best with a golden color. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 15-18 minutes for breasts, 10-12 minutes for tenders.
Panini Grill or Sandwich Maker: Place on medium-high temperature and cook covered with the heat of bot hot-plates for 3 minutes per side. Serve On the stove: Place an oiled pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken breast and tenders, separate one from the other. Cook for 3 minutes. Turn and cover. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes more and serve.
