Chef Pachi High Protein Hummus
- 2 pounds Garbanzo Dried brown
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt Halved lengthwise
- 1/4 cup Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Garbanzo cooking liquid
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Cilantro Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Toasted cumin seeds Or paprika or cayenne pepper pinch
Spiced Black Dip
- 1 cup Black beans Drained
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 whole Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Ground chipotle
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
