Salad Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup dried mango
- 1 chayote sliced
- 1/4 cup red beans
- 1/2 cup cabbage grated
Dressing
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil dark
Ok first, grab a bowl. Put in the sunflower seed and then add the dried mangoes. Dried mangoes are good it’s natural and has no chemicals. Next, add in the sliced Chayote. This will be fantastic for your health.
Now the add the red beans. This is optional if you want to add it or not but they are high energy food that will help you get up and go and also they are very good in regulating your blood sugar.
Lastly, add the grated cabbage. For the dressing, either lemon juice or dark sesame oil. That’s it! Put it in a small container or a jar, and take it with you wherever you go!
