Blackberry Vinaigrette
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar Or white
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Blackberries
Ensalada Mezclun con Vinagreta de Zarzamoras
- 10 onzas Lechugas variadas
Vinagreta de Zarzamoras
- 4 cucharadas Miel De Abejas
- 4 cucharadas Vinagre De Vino Blanco
- 1 cucharadita Sal
- 1/2 cucharadita Pimienta
- 1/2 taza Aceite
- 1/2 taza Zarzamora

Blend blackberries, oil, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pass through a sieve and set aside until ready to serve.
