One Pot Chicken And Potatoes

- 3/4 cup Plain yogurt
- 2 1/2 pounds Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 whole Chicken
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1/4 cup Water
Aderezo/salsa
- ¾ cup Yogurt Plain
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Pollo
- 1 whole Chicken
- ¾ bunch Basil
- ¼ cup Water
Potatoes
- 2.5 pounds Potatoes
- ¼ bunch Basil
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Start preparing the chicken dressing. MIX ¾ cup of PLAIN YOGURT, 2 tablespoons of MUSTARD and 1/4 teaspoon of PEPPER.
Separate the skin of the CHICKEN with your fingers to marinate it. Once the chicken has been marinated in the inside, add the sauce all over the outside.
Insert 1 bunch of BASIL, CHICKEN and a ¼ cup of WATER into the pressure cooker. Place the separator and add 2.5 pounds of sliced POTATOES, a few sheets of fresh BASIL, 1/4 teaspoon of PEPPER and 1/4 teaspoon of SALT. Cover and cook over medium heat or high for 12 minutes. Remove and serve.
