- 1 pound Chicken tenders
- 3 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup Basil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Dark sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Dark sesame seeds
Baking: Place tenders in an oiled or lined pan. Place them separate from each other, that is they should not touch so they bake best with a golden color. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 10-12 minutes.
Panini Grill or Sandwich Maker: Place on medium high temperature and cook covered with the heat of bot hot-plates during 2 minutes per side. Serve On the stove: Place an oiled pan over medium high heat. Add chicken tenders, separate one from the other. Cook for 2 minutes. Turn and cover. Cook for 3 minutes more and serve.
