Pork Filet with Orange Glaze
This is one of the best pork recipes I've ever tried. My family looks forward to this roast for dinner, and guests always want the recipe. The flavorful rub and a glaze sparked with orange juice are also outstanding on pork chops

Pork Filet with Orange Glaze
- 1 1/4 pound Filets
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Glaze
- 1 cup Orange Peel
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar Or Honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cloves

- 2 libra Filetes
- 2 cucharaditas de Sal
- 1/2 cucharadita Pimienta
Glaceado
- 1/2 taza Jugo de naranja
- 1 cucharadita Ralladura naranja
- 1/4 taza Azúcar morena oscura O miel
- 1/4 taza Mostaza dijon
- 1 cucharada Tomillo fresco
- 1/2 cucharadita Jengibre rallado
- 1/2 cucharadita Pimienta
- 1/4 cucharadita Clavos de olor

Season the filets with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake in a rack over a baking pan at 425°F for 15 minutes.
In the mean time mix all the glaze ingredients in a pot and cook over medium low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove the filets from the oven, brush with glaze and take back to the oven for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Remove from the oven and cover with foil to rest for 5 minutes.
Add any juices form the pan to the glaze and bring back to a boil.
Cut the filets in one inch slices and serve with the glaze.
