Give them to your children and have them for breakfasts with any spread you like. Easily made, they can also be frozen once flattened; pre-cooked or raw. To freeze them place them between plastic wrap so they peel easily when frozen. Do not use parchment paper to freeze as they stick.

- 1/3 cups Quinoa
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Coconut oil
Place quinoa in 1/3 cup water for 5 minutes to activate it.
Transfer to a pot with the rest of the water. Cook in medium-high for 10 minutes. Set aside covered for 10 minutes more.
Open the pot and transfer quinoa to a food processor. Process to a paste, about 2 minutes.
Make balls with a 3 tablespoon-sized ice cream scoop.
Flatten them in a tortilla press or prepare them in a Tortilla or Crepe Panini Grill or a regular Panini Grill. On the store, press them first then place them on an oiled pan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes per side, or until as crispy as desired. Soft for bendable flatbreads, crispy for flat or cracker-like flatbreads.
