Sesame Infused Rice

Sesame Infused Rice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dark Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 cup Rice (Can Be Brown)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Garam Marsala
- 3 cup Water (Or 4 Cups Chicken Stock Of Using Brown Rice)
- 1 cup Chives Minced

- 2 cucharadas Aceite De Oliva
- 1 cucharadita Aceite De Ajonjolí
- 2 cucharadas Ajonjolí
- 2 taza Arroz Blanco (O Integral)
- 2 cucharaditas Sal
- 1/4 cucharadita Pimienta
- 1 1/2 cucharadita Garam Marsala
- 3 tazas Agua (4 Tazas De Caldo Si Es Arroz Integral)
- 1 taza Cebollina Cortada

In a pot over medium heat place the oils. Add the sesame seeds and cook until lightly golden, about 2 to 3 minutes, add garam marsala and cook 1 more minute.
Add the rice, salt, pepper and sauté for 1 minute. Pour the water; stock if using brown rice.
Bring to a boil, and when the water has almost reached the surface of the rice (that you can see the rice floating near the surface of the rice), about 2 minutes, cover, reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the chives and mix with a fork. It should have the grains separate, moist and open.
Add the chives and serve.

En una olla a fuego medio alto caliente los aceites. Agregue el ajonjolí y cocine hasta que dore unos 2 a 3 minutos, agregue el garam marsala y sofría 1 minuto mas.
Agregue el arroz, sal, pimienta, sofría 1 minuto.
Vierta 3 tazas de agua (o caldo si el arroz es integral), hierva hasta que se vean granitos de arroz, o que haga ojos. Baje el calor. Tape y cocine 20 minutos.
