- 1/8 th avocado
- 2 oz spinach leaves
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 1 tbsp pine nuts and or sunflower seeds
Processed Chickpeas- Garbanzo Filling or Garbanzo Paste
- 2 cups Garbanzo Or chickpeas
- 1/4 cup Yogurt Greek
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 2 whole Limes Juice
- 1 tbsp Oregano Leaves (optional)
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and the process until you acieve a thick paste.
